Refund policy
At Wolf Ghost Jewelry, your satisfaction is our top priority.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have within 30 days from receiving your order to request a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.

In the e-mail please state:
- The item(s) you want to return
- The reason you would like to return
- Provide proof of purchase (receipt/order number)
Please allow up to 24-hours for our Customer Care Team to get back to you.
Once your return request has been approved you will be required to ship the item(s) to our return address which will be provided to you through e-mail.
Our Customer Care Team will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return item(s) and you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
All returns must be shipped with Tracked Shipping. The sender is always responsible for the shipment and costs.
*Please note, Wolf Ghost does not cover the cost of returns.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if:

- Damaged
- Received the wrong item

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
