1. How long are shipping times? When will I receive my order?
The time frame for your order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing Time - Order verification, tailoring, quality check & packaging. All orders are sent for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The processing time takes 1-3 days.
Shipping Time - After processing items usually take between 10 - 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
2. What payment options are available?
We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal.
3. Can I track my order?
As soon as your package ships, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number that will let you keep tabs of where your order is at all times.

4. What's your return policy?
We offer a 14-days return policy, you have within 14-days from receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.
To make a return please contact us and indicate:
1. What you would like to return
2. The reason for the return
3. Include proof of purchase (receipt/order number).
Once your return request has been approved you will be required to ship the item(s) to our return address which will be provided to you through e-mail.
All returns must be shipped with Tracked Shipping. The sender is always responsible for the shipment and costs.

We will refund your money within 5 business days.
5. Do you offer exchanges?

6. What do I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please inspect the order upon delivery. If it arrives damaged, contact us immediately through email with pictures of the damaged items.
Once approved, we will issue a full refund or exchange.

7. Can I cancel/change my order?
Cancellations are only possible within 4 hours of placing the order. If you need to make any changes to your order please contact us as soon as possible at info@wolfghostjewelry.com
8. What happens if I receive the wrong item?
If there is an issue with your order - if its the wrong item or defective - please notify us and we will get you a refund and/or the correct item.
Please include pictures in your email of the item along with your order number.
